Pharma Research Bulletin

Ethical guidelines for journal publication

The editor-in-chief of the Pharma Research Bulletin decides which research papers and articles submitted to the journal will be accepted for publication. This decision is guided by the recommendations of the journal’s reviewers. The editor-in-chief may be influenced by the policies set by the journal’s editorial board and must adhere to legal requirements in force at the time, including those related to libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. When necessary, the editor-in-chief may consult with other editors or reviewers to make informed decisions.

Plagiarism Checking

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited by the Pharma Research Bulletin (Pharm. Res. Bull.), and we will not publish any article found to contain plagiarized content. We strongly encourage original work that adds significant value to our publication and actively seek scholars who can consistently produce such contributions. Pharm. Res. Bull. adheres to the ethical guidelines for publishers established by Open Access Publishing and publishes all material under the Creative Commons Attribution License.

Peer Review Process

Manuscripts submitted to the Pharma Research Bulletin (Pharm. Res. Bull.) will be considered for publication with the understanding that they are submitted exclusively to Pharm. Res. Bull. and have not been previously published, simultaneously submitted, or accepted elsewhere. All submissions undergo an independent and unbiased double-blinded peer-review process. In the initial phase, manuscripts are screened by the editorial board to ensure they meet journal guidelines and standards. If deemed suitable, they are forwarded for peer review. Typically, manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers following the editorial board’s assessment. Reviewer feedback, along with the editorial board’s decision, is then communicated to the authors for further action. The submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents. We expect our Board of Reviewing Editors and reviewers to treat manuscripts as confidential material as well. Authors are welcome to suggest experts in their field as potential referees to evaluate their manuscripts.

The information and opinions expressed in the articles represent the views of the authors and do not reflect those of the journal, its Editorial Board, or the Publisher. Neither Pharm. Res. Bull., its publishers, nor anyone involved in the creation, production, or distribution of the Pharm. Res. Bull. assumes any liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided. Furthermore, Pharm. Res.
